Once payment is received we will contact you to advise an approximate delivery date. Most orders will be despatched within 10 working days, however if the item needs adjustment or specially making we will send you specific delivery information via e mail.

All items are sent by insured delivery free of charge within the United Kingdom. Customers from outside the United Kingdom please contact us to arrange the delivery details before ordering as a delivery charge will apply.

Once the item is dispatched you should receive it with in 3 days. If your parcel has not been received within 3 days please contact us. We will then track your parcel through the Royal Mail system. All items are sent by Special Delivery and insurance is provided through the Royal Mail, with who the responsibility for packages remains during transit.

Return of Unwanted Goods: Our satisfaction guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund.

Unwanted goods must be returned to us, in their original condition and with their original packaging and presentation boxes, within 7 days. Refunds will be made within 30 days.
All returns must be sent to us by insured delivery with sufficient insurance to cover the value of the item in transit.

For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns of earrings or any other body jewellery.

Items that have been specially commissioned or customized (including special size alterations) can only be returned if there is a manufacturing defect.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
